Ordering and enquiries
You can order goods via fax or email. Your orders will be handled only by Helen and/or Monica. They will advise you on production leadtime if goods are made to order, or if goods are out of stock and they will be able to service you on your follow-up enquiries.
Most of our items are packed in outer cartons measuring 320 x 280 x 180mm (full size) or half of this size, where necessary, they are palletised and shrink wrapped. Care should be taken by our carriers to avoid damage during transit. If goods received have damaged or broken boxes, it is important that customers indicate their comments on the delivery note. For returns procedure, see next point.
(8.3 in Terms & Conditions)
Any claim for incorrect or damaged goods should be notified to SEAC within 7 days from the date of delivery. Where the defect was not apparent on reasonable inspection, notification should be within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.
