Polytop® Screws

Polytop® screws are simple one piece fixings with innovative encapsulated polymer head. This decorative fixing provides a neat and aesthetically pleasing finish in one quick and simple step and no maintenance is needed with its corrosion resistance.

Available in all screw formats, Polytop® screws have tough colour co-ordinated heads that will not come apart, as with other two part screw and cover fasteners. This easy to use one piece fixing also offers significant production savings over alternative fastening systems.

To ensure Polytop® screws perform to the highest standard, SEAC commissioned Bodycote Materials Testing Ltd to conduct a series to torque tests to determine the failure drive and drive requirements in various substrates.
